What surfaces are not suitable to use the GLASSGUARD™ Glass Nanocoat Kit on?Updated 2 months ago

The GLASSGUARD™ Glass Nanocoat Kit two-part application ensures you create an invisible barrier to protect your glass surfaces against everyday wear and tear, including soap scum, heavy water and chalky deposits.

  1. Non-glass surfaces: GLASSGUARD™ Glass Nanocoat Kit is specifically designed for use on glass surfaces only. Do not use it on non-glass surfaces such as painted or wooden surfaces.

  2. Porous surfaces: The product should not be used on porous surfaces, such as unglazed ceramic, natural stone, or concrete. The coating may not adhere properly to these surfaces and may result in uneven or patchy coverage.

  3. Hot surfaces: Do not apply the GLASSGUARD™ Glass Nanocoat Kit to hot glass surfaces, as this may cause the product to evaporate or dry too quickly, resulting in an uneven or patchy coating.

  4. Delicate surfaces: Avoid using the product on delicate glass surfaces such as antique or lead glass, as the coating may damage or discolor the glass.

It is always best to read the manufacturer's instructions carefully before using any cleaning or coating product and to test the product on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure that it does not cause any damage.
